Long Night

Seeking delusions,
trusting what I see
From honor I now
sleep disgracefully.
I’m craving peace, but
fearing what I reap
And trembling, my
heart beats silently.  
And I’m afraid you will
not answer me.
But, by my side, you let me
sleep in peace
While longing for the
sun upon my face.
