You peeled an orange that squirted in my eye.
You laid your hand on mine and asked to see.
Deep in a stare, I kissed my heart goodbye.
Your yellow fingers electrified me.

Poetry inspired by the Perfume Vanille Intensee by Atelier Cologne.
The complexities of a natural heart.
The delicacy of delicateness.
Un-bottle your love so that we can start.
Do not be afraid, dear, in the slightest.
To put it simple, this is a bottle of beautiful vanilla straight from the pantry. Yesterday, I mentioned Bohemian Lime and how great it would be for layering. Well if you mix these two together – which I just did – it smells amazing! I believe Vanille Intensee already have some lime in it, so by adding layering Bohemian Lime on top, you take the lime that’s already there and INTENSIFYING it. This is actually the same concept I have for one of my fragrances – equal doses of vanilla and lime rotating around a strong heart of beautiful Jasmine. It will be amazing!
If you are a beautiful bottle of vanilla, would you keep yourself sealed tight and set away in the back of the cupboard? Or would you let yourself open up for the world to enjoy your beauty?
There were times I wished you were anonymous
So that our recollections might be vague.
Instead, I see your face and find solace,
Covered in your comfort every time I lay.
Did losing you also mean losing me?
Or should I find your love in nameless ways?
I’m lost in a fresh garden of soft memory
As my feelings roar – unrestrained.
