Is this your first time riding on the train?
Electric cars go rockin’ like guitars.
Some headphones help to fade away the trips.
Wherever you got on we’ve just one stop.
So wire tired eyes with caffeine sips.
We’re going far too fast to count the stars.
I’ve heard, this time, they’re calling for some rain.

The Perfumer
Have I divinely seen
inspired things,
Like visions pouring from
my veins to page?
A burning
inner creativity;
The panacea of
the perfumed sage.
Healing, Holding
I need your sun
sometimes, and once again,
To smell you sweetly,
softly have to hold.
Like a flower, dressed
in black satin.
A crushing day, but then
you’ll heal my soul.
Fractured Distillations
I tried to write a love song
in a lab.
For citronellol, traded in
a rose.
I whispered isomers,
you only laughed.
2- Phenylethanol
did not arouse?
Napoleon
I’ve burned incense in the churches
and I’ve washed with cleansing lye.
I don’t want to smell like birches
or go lay where lilies lie.
I only wish to have again the scent
of her, from days now spent.
